Join me in a 6 week Gentle Yoga series via Zoom!

All sessions are recorded and sent out so if you can't make it, you will have access all week long.
$90 plus hst for the 6 weeks.

Outdoor yoga classes
Summer Classes are feom May to September
Outdoor classes are weather dependent and posted as "events" on my Facebook page.
They are drop in classes that usually run on Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings.
Monday and tuesday are restorative with reiki classes. Registration happens on the Facebook page.
